Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with The Singing Journey! We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. 

Since we deal with different production partners for different things, the refund/return/exchange policy may be different for each thing.

Digital Products:

All digital products (including e-books, downloadable journals, PDFs, and any online content) are non-refundable.

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to a refund once the content has been accessed or downloaded. This applies to all customers, including those in the European Union, in accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Physical Products (Journals, Posters, Cards, etc.):

We only offer refunds or replacements for physical items that arrive damaged or defective.

To Be Eligible:

* You must contact us within 14 days of delivery at our email address at  contact@thesingingjourney.com.
* Make sure that you provide to us your order number from the email we sent to you after purchase. 
* Provide clear photo evidence of the damage and the packing slip. We will check the information for approval.
* Ensure the item is unused and in original condition. 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

* Buyer’s remorse
* Used, marked, or altered items
* Items returned without prior approval

For Posters:
in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days. Please provide clear photo evidence of the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

For Cards (Including Game Cards):
in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days. Please provide clear photo evidence of the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

For Journals:
In case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, we will offer a free reprint after you contacted us and we approve the return. Journals must be sent back to Lulu.com for inspection, as per their policiies.
Important: You must follow the instructions below for journals:

Return Process and Address (For Journals):

* To initiate a return, please contact us first at contact@thesingingjourney.com. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
* We do not publicly list our return address for privacy and security reasons. If your return is approved, you will receive full instructions via email. Do not send it directly to Lulu.com without contacting us first, or the replacement will be not be accepted.
* Subject to Inspection: All returned items are subject to inspection by Lulu.com upon arrival at their facility. 
* Items must be securely packaged to avoid further damage.
* We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
* Lulu.com will pay for your return shipping.
